Am I right to feel taken advantage of?
My parents had to move back to Canada from the US very suddenly (a loooong story). I am still here and they asked me to pack their stuff for them because it was too expensive to get a full service move. Well my father has decided to try his hand at day trading (against my mothers wishes) and has spent approx. 00 on software and a mentor, etc to help his with this. I am at their house here, in most of my spare time packing their 4 + bedroom house with all of his crap, and I do mean crap, they guy has some issues with buying.
I do not mind helping out my parents and I have packed all of their normal household goods. My father just has a basement full of computer stuff and a garage STUFFED with junk! I feel taken advantage of and taken for granted that he can spend 00 to try his hand at day trading and is using me as free labor!
Thanks for the answers. Sometimes you just need verification that you are not being the slefish one! I’m not sure what I am going to do since I am very busy this month and won’t be able to do much anyway.

I think you’re right to feel ticked off,,,he should have spent that money on movers and not left you to do all the work,,,sounds like a miserable sod !
